Using this website
- Information on this website is general and provided to help you understand our services. It is not advice about a specific property.
- We aim to keep content accurate and up to date but do not guarantee it is complete or free from error.
- Please do not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation or use its content in a misleading way.
- Links to other websites, such as Jobber or the NAPIT register, are provided for convenience; those sites are governed by their own terms.
Enquiries and requests
Submitting a request through our secure request form, by phone or by email is an enquiry. It does not create a contract and does not reserve or confirm an appointment. Clicking a booking or portal button does not by itself mean a request has been received.
Quotations
We will ask for the property type, postcode, service and access needs. We then confirm the scope, exclusions, VAT treatment and appointment before work is arranged. Any work is governed by the bespoke quotation and terms provided for that job. If anything on this website differs from your quotation, your quotation applies.
Confirmed appointments
An appointment is only confirmed when we confirm it to you, normally through our customer portal or in writing. If circumstances change on site — for example, additional faults are found or access is not available — we will explain and agree any change before proceeding.
Registration and contractors
TFS is a NAPIT registered member (no. 27043). Where work is carried out by an engineer within our wider network, we confirm the appointed contractor and the applicable registration for that job.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Responsibilities relating to work we carry out are set out in the quotation for that work.
Privacy
See our privacy and cookies notice for how we use personal information.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page applies.
